Troubleshooting
Use the Provided Cable: Always use the USB-C to USB-A cable included in the box. Using other types of cables can cause issues with the device. This is clearly stated on the product page as a cautionary note!
Reinsert the SD Card: If you're experiencing issues, try removing and reinserting the SD card to reset the system.
Optimize Gameplay: Due to the large number of games, a single SD card may have trouble managing the load. For smoother gameplay, users often find better results by using two SD cards, with their own ROMs loaded onto the secondary card.
If You Encounter an Issue with the Plus Card:
- Contact us to receive the latest kernel files.
- Insert the Plus card into your computer using an SD card reader.
- Open the BOOT (R:) directory on your PC.
- Copy the two new files into the directory, ensuring you replace the existing files.
- Reinsert the card into your console—it should be up and running smoothly!
